GOALS
1.
Continue to support marketing efforts of the EDC
• Phone book advertising reviewed annually
• Volunteer Appreciation and Awards Banquet
a. Provide creative, marketing and coordination assistance
for the annual event
b. Run a local advertising campaign around the Volunteer
Appreciation and Awards banquet to capitalize on energy
of the event.

Continue to promote the MinnWest Technology Campus
• Evaluate, refine
and continue direct mail/company recruitment per campus
planning session
• Renewed membership to James J. Hill for access to
marketing database information
• Collaborate on creating portion of campus promotions
with Life-Science Innovations responsible for printed media
4.
Promote Bring them Back Home (BTBH)
• Continue to
publish the quarterly BTBH newsletter
• Have a both/presence at county-wide class reunions
• Open Mic appearances with Homers sharing new stories
5. Continue to provide creative support for WAMM marketing
activities
6. Community marketing support
• Build off of the May 2007 Marketing Your Community
workshop
• Facilitate strategic marketing sessions for individual
communities
• Support communities with creative design with communities
responsible for printed media
• Additional presentations to communities not attending
the May 2007 workshop
7. Host additional entrepreneurial seminars
