Community Activities
New London is in the heart
of this tourism area nestled on the banks of the Crow River.
The community is located 15 minutes from 15 different lakes
along with many campgrounds, resorts and swimming beaches.
New London is the home of the state and national water ski
champions, the Little Crow Water Ski Team, which performs
in our own Neer Park. Other attractions bordering the city
include Sibley State Park, Little Crow Country Club and the
Glacial Lakes state recreational trail. New London is also
proud of its unique shops that include antiques, art, pottery
and quilting. The New London to New Brighton Antique Car Run
is held in August each year.
